We're hiring an experienced Azure Cloud Administrator to help manage and evolve our growing cloud platform. While much of our Azure infrastructure is already in place — including AKS clusters and a range of core services, there's still a lot to build as we scale. This role is key to taking control of our current environment while helping shape what comes next.
You'll work closely with our Solutions Architect, who leads on high-level design, while you take hands-on ownership of operations, maintenance, and optimization. That includes managing access controls, maintaining AKS clusters, configuring networks, and implementing monitoring and automation best practices.
We're in the early stages of transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a microservices-based platform in Azure. You'll initially focus on strengthening the existing setup, then support the rollout of new services as the transformation progresses.
This is a hands-on role with real influence — ideal for someone who wants ownership, enjoys bringing structure, and is excited to support a modern Azure platform as it evolves.

Azure Platform Knowledge	We use a wide range of Azure services, from compute to identity, to run and scale our platform. You'll bring hands-on experience with these services and understand how they function together. While certifications like AZ-104 are useful, what matters most is a strong grasp of the fundamentals and how to apply them in practice.
Access Management & Logging	Security and visibility are critical. We use Entra ID and RBAC for access control, and rely on Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Kusto queries for logging and diagnostics. You'll bring experience setting up and managing identity, permissions, and logs to ensure traceability and secure operations.
Network Administration (Console & IaC)	Our Azure network setup includes VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Private Endpoints and it evolves often. You'll bring the ability to assess and change network configurations as needed, whether through the Azure portal or using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
Stakeholder Management & Communication	At JTL, collaboration is key. You'll work closely with internal teams like Solutions Architects, DevOps, and security experts. You'll bring strong communication skills to clearly explain complex technical concepts, gather requirements, and align different stakeholders around shared goals. Your ability to build trust and facilitate productive conversations ensures smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
