How We Work: Agentic-First Engineering
At JTL, AI-assisted development is not optional - it’s how we build. Engineers on our team actively uses tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants as part of their daily workflow. We expect you to bring experience with these (or similar) tools.
Your Responsibilities
- You design, develop, and maintain AI-powered services and agentic workflows for Project Juno.
- You build and integrate LLM-based applications using modern AI orchestration frameworks.
- You develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI systems and platform integrations.
- You implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-calling, memory, and orchestration patterns.
- You integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and internal services.
- You optimize AI workflows for reliability, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- You collaborate with Product, Platform, Data, and DevOps engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- You contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering standards.
- You implement monitoring, logging, testing, and observability for AI systems in production.
- You stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
